Are you located on the Strip?
Yes, we are located next to the Bellagio Hotel and directly across from the Paris and Aladdin casinos. The address is 3700 Las Vegas Blvd. South.

Do we have access to the hotel's ammenities?
Yes, you have access to the pool, gym, use of the computers, and all of the other features the hotel has to offer.

Is there parking?
Yes.

What is the deposit for?
The deposit is to confirm your reservation. It is also our protection against theft, damage or smoking.

When will I get back my deposit?
Your deposit will be refunded back once you check out, given that all rental rules have been followed. You should receive your deposit within a few weeks depending on method of delivery.

What is your cancellation fee?
Your payment will be refunded only if we are able to re-book your reservation.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, money order, direct deposit and Paypal. Payments received thru paypal will be subject to an additional 3% transaction fee.

How many rooms can I rent?
Depending on which rooms I have available you can rent one, two, or three bedroom suites or any combination of the three. Each bedroom has two queen size beds and each living room has a queen sofa bed.

Do you have towel service?
Yes, we can provide clean towels whenever needed.

Do you have a daily maid service?
No, the maid service only cleans rooms after each guest stay.

When can I check in and when do I need to check out?
Check in times are at 3pm and check out times 10am. However, we are always flexible as long as we don't have guest waiting for your room.
